Breathe!

That is correct. Breathing is a wonderful exercise to get the energy moving in a higher creative way. Swing your arms, and complement this exercise by swinging your legs in a cross-wise pattern. That always moves your energy up the scale.

Practicing something as simple as breathing on purpose has many health benefits. Much of the time we do not realize how staring at a computer every day has us locking into shallow breathing patterns.

Deep breathing has been clinically proven to reduce stress. It allows more circulation to the brain and lungs. Stressed breathing patterns are shallow breaths. Take breathes that are long and paced slowly. Take a breath through your nose, nice and slow. Now, exhale just as slowly. As you do this relax your stomach muscles. Relax and continue for several minutes.
